How to return an item - orders made as Registered User: Please contact our customer service by email with name, surname and order number, we’ll give you all the details to go ahead with your return request. As soon as possible your request will be processed.

How to return an item - orders made as Guest: Please contact our customer service by email and fill in the required fields: order number, quantities, items, reason for return and how you wish to be refunded. As soon as possible your request will be processed.

In both cases you will be notified via email of all the return updates and you will be asked to choose a day and time for the picking by the courier. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted by the total refund.
If you made a return request as Registered User you can check anytime in your Account the status of your request in the "My Returns" section.

Please note:

  1. You can return goods within 14 days of delivery of the product
  2. You can return goods if they have not been damaged, used or washed and the original label is still attached
  3. You cannot exchange the goods with others, but we will refund the amount of the items returned within 14 days of alerting you via email
  4. Once confirmed, a return request can not be changed
