Shipments

Shipping in Italy costs € 8 for each order. NOW FREE for orders over € 100 until 30/06/2014 (not valid with other promotions.).

We can ship orders abroad to the countries listed in the following table with the related costs.

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation from the SDA/UPS courier. Click on the link in the email and you can see in real time where your package is.

You will receive your package at the address you provided within 5 working days from the package being received by the Courier, not counting Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three consecutive working days; if he/she does not find you at home he/she will leave a notice in your mailbox. If none of the attempts are successful, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to find a solution.

Remember that for payments by credit card, Paypal and cash on delivery, your goods are dispatched on the same day as the order. In the case of payment by bank, it may take longer to dispatch and deliver the goods.
